Well I definitely wouldnt recommend the urology department. They not only wrote down the surgery date for TWO kids wrong, they also didnt call to confirm the appointment. When I called to see the time for the appointment, something they were supposed to call and tell me , they say "that appointment was yesterday, I dont know why no one called you with the times for them."

They have the audacity to Bring 3 security guards to our room and make a big deal while my son fighting for his life because I put cologne on before work. When nobody told me that I couldn't wear it. Then when we told them about a nurse who was mishandling our child and dropped him they did nothing about it.They have their Priorities backwards. WHAT A JOKE!!
This is an amazing place. Miracles truly happen here. The staff is over the top wonderful. My grand daughter has been in the NICU for 5 weeks now. They have saved her life. We love Riley.
