unfriendly front desk. Dr Plager was rushed and told me he didn’t want to dilate my daughters eyes “because i don’t want other people to wait longer.” I don’t recommend them at all.
RecommendedCan I just say how amazing the staff is. Smooth transition when we were transferred from another hospital. Every single person from doctor, nurse, right down to man cleaning our room has been courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely appreciate the love and care for my little one.
Yes best place for kids with special health issues the staff are awesome
They saved my grandsons life! He had a tonsillectomy and ended up with a blocked airway reducing his oxygen. They had to perform CPR on him two times as he went into cardiac arrest and was without oxygen for eight minutes. I’m pretty sure if we had been at a different hospital my grandson would not be here!!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and their talents and loving care at Riley❤️
Extremely disappointed to find out that Riley shared our personal information. We are foster parents. Our information is to remain confidential. It was given to the bio parents of our foster child. Beyond upset. 😡
Inpatient rehabilitation unit is so nice and they really work to improve the children being independent.
Dr. Ryan Alexy did my daughters PDA heart closure surgery in October 2018. We couldn’t have been happier with the level of care my daughter received.
Riley has been such a blessing to my daughter. After suddenly losing her vision and the slow pace Fort Wayne opthamology and neurology were taking to get an MRI and Lumbar puncture done (over a month) she gradually just gotten worse. Monday we arrived at Riley opthamology with little vision left in either eye. Opthamology did amazing with testing and picturing behind her eyes and getting her admitted and moved to a room and off to MRI and lumbar puncture quickly! Dr Ackerman has been my granddaughters neuro surgeon since birth.....she just did a life saving surgery last week when my granddaughters shunt malfuctioned!...The whole staff was awesome!
