Recommendedawesome taking care of my 10 yr old means alot
Having our twins in the NICU from day one was very difficult. The entire staff has helped us sleep at night, knowing our babies are receiving some of the best care in the country.

By far the worst experience we’ve had with a hospital. We have been waiting to see a physician we were transferred to at 1:30pm and have still not seen him. (9:25pm). The staff in the ED just told us “we didn’t realize how long you’ve been waiting”. This is an awful disconnect in patient care and as a nurse myself I cant even begin to come up with an excuse for this kind of care especially dealing with a mouth injury of a two year old who is suspected to need surgical intervention. the staff took excellent care of my son for the 2 weeks we were there. we were in the burn unit. I am so grateful for everything they did for my baby and my family.
The ER was a terrible experience, but the dental clinic is great! Why are there no chicken fingers or nuggets in the entire facility? IT IS A CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Riley’s children’s hospital not only saved my daughters life but helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. Our daughter was born with a birth defect called congenital diaphragmatic hernia. It wasn’t caught until 9 weeks after birth when she became very ill and we took her to the er at Iu. We were then told what she had and was life lined by ambulance to Riley’s hospital for emergency surgery In the middle of the night. Every staff member we encountered during our stay went above and beyond for us. We were all treated like family! The entire medical staff was thorough and listened to my concerns and ideas. The specialists, doctors, nurses and care techs treated my boy like their own. We were visited by many teams of doctors with open minds and tons of knowledge.
