They are great with my son
They were amazing to my family. we never imagined our little lionheart would need the specialized care when he was born but when they took him by lifeline the NICU nurses were there to help me understand everything and care for our son. one nurse would sing and pray when she thought no one was there watching. she doesn't know how much my heart filled with appreciation and love when she did that. Thank you so much.
NEVER have I had Nurses (who schedule appointments) hang up on me after accepting appointments offered to me, to have to call back and find out I was offered that by mistake and I need to go to another city or wait till november. NEVER has our Doctor in Fort Wayne, had to send multiple referrals to Neurology just to finally be in contact in Sept. My toddlers Oceanna Branch and Lilly Branch, my children, had cigarette burns and the emergency room and did not report it. They are missing now ,Michala Charge Nurse refused to help. My children are being human trafficked by Sharon An Marie Branch, Robert Branch Sr, and Susan Tilary, Robert L Branch Jr, and the police assisted Sharon Branch in The kidnapping. Your departments know this and refused to contact me thier mother.
Staff at Riley were amazing. I was grateful to have such a professional and kind group of doctors and nurses to take care of my daughter. The nurses on the Burn Unit went above and beyond to help explain, support, and assist us during the scariest week of our lives. Thank you Riley, and thank you to all of the specialties we saw- Infectious Disease, Dermatology, Neurology, ENT, and Opthalmology!
