We enjoyed a wonderful break at Buttercup Cottage. The cottage has everything we needed and felt spacious and light. It was immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Located just off Yarm high street, it's the best of both worlds. Quiet and secluded position, but with just a few steps onto the high street filled with great restaurants, bars and independent shops. We look forward to returning in the future.

It’s an apartment for rent. I visited the 1 bedroom apartment. Liked it. Adequate for my wife and I.
BE AWARE! THIS IS A SCAM! The owner is renting out a property that is not finished and if you try to communicate with them, they won't answer calls. The house doesn't have a working heating system, either shower or hot water from thhe sink. Even though the works on the premises are not finished, they are renting it out advertising with pictures of other flats.
