my canam x3 has been at ridenow for almost a month with a wiring problem, under warranty, dont under stand how they do business, they keep making appointments for me, car has never left, when the parts come in just fix it, no have to wait for my appointment to come. I'm really scared this thing will never be the same, dont think they are the best at electrical issues, will never take there for anything beside warranty work. No star recommendation!!!!!
todays my 3erd day trying to reach out to the rideNow team... seems that their always busy... never give calls backs... and rude salesmen... you only get robot generated text. I guess some people dont know how customer service works...

I went in shopping for a new toy with income taxes money. The staff was great not pushy at all willing to explain about the equipment and work with you. Unfortunately had some money issues so got delayed but when I'm back on track I am definitely buying from here!

I can see the many frustrations people have had with ride now but you cannot base one person action and call the whole basket bad. every month I go pick up oil from t.j maxwell and am greeted by the whole floor. I talk to at least 12 people before I even leave the building. If you ever need parts talk to t.j. maxwell hes professional and will be d over backwards to help you out.
