I'm just getting into riding and the salesman took a lot of time out of his day to talk about what I wanted the bike for and some good suggestions on what style and size to get. Just great service all in all.
Took my bike into Ridenow service department spend $380 for a new carburetor rebuild. Went to pick the bike up. The guy was having trouble starting the bike they took it back into the garage for a second he comes back and tell me it was out of gas and laughs about it and told me the bike runs great. Which I come to find out everything is not great it doesn't run at all. Come to find out they never rebuilt the carburetor
They're a little pricey but they are always friendly and helpful. One month to service and replace 2 switches. Crappy service.

The customer service at RideNow Tucson on 22nd was awesome!! My husband broke both left front ball joints on his RZR 1000 on the east side of Rug Road near Mammoth, AZ. It was impossible to rig it and get out. It had to be fixed right. Jacob and Justin at Ridenow saved the day. He brought the front A-Arms and Hub to Ridenow. They had the parts and even though service was totally booked they squeezed us in and fixed it by 4pm. The breakdown happened at 10:30am and we had it repaired and back on the machine by 7pm. Great service, everyone was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right bike. Even if you're a beginner or veteran of riding, these guys can help you from start to finish. In my case Keith helped me out as soon as I entered the dealership and was there step by step. Highly recommend this place and I plan on returning for any of my needs.
