Probably the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Drove a 9 hour round trip and it was so worth it. The staff was so helpful and professional. You could tell they weren’t some random kids hired off the street, they actually know what they’re talking about. I don’t remember the salesman’s name we dealt with ( 30s with a cast and a nose ring). We will definitely be back because of him. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the 110 ride now

Everything was done Via text messages. The only issue is they do not play well with other financing places, as I had a bank ready to go, and Ridenow was not happy with the contract and my money down. Oh well hope to be refinaced with my bank before 1st payment. Only other issue they sold me the wrong sxs and it had to be fixed which made us way late to get back home.

I found a Victory motorcycle at RideNow Powersports of Tucson. I had a trade in and submitted my information via the web. I was contacted almost immediately via text and email. I took my trade in to Ridenow and was greeted upon entering the facility. Everyone had masks on, observed social distancing and I felt at ease. I had an appointment at 10:00 am but arrived at 9:00. Not too impressed with Ride Now and my tire swap. They ordered the wrong front tire, so I had to go back to have it put on. I bought the Ride On tire balancer/sealer for front and rear. They did not take off the wheel weights when they did the rear, so I mentioned that when I took it back to have the front put on. I was told that would be handled. When I went to pick it up they still had not removed the rear wheel weights and did not put in the Ride On in the front. I had to wait another half hour so they could take of wheel... read more

There is no excuse for this oversight. We ordered the wrong tire size for the front, we did not install the RideOn product in the front, and we did not remove and clean the residue from the wheel weights. almost walked out with a 2020 Seadoo Wake 170 ... But salesman did not know we had cash in hand. showed us a few different things...couldn't answer basic questions like price or engine being 2 stroke or 4. He played on his phone, didn't try to get names or numbers from us. walked away from us... I sat on the seadoo to see if i could get some ones attention but nothing.. i cant imagine getting anything serviced there.
I will never again take any of my bikes to Ridenow. The service staff is always ignorant and rude. They have taken my bike for over a week when told it would be 2 days. They have overcharged me back when I was not as educated on my first bike. Took 4 weeks to get a part in that I was told 2 on my girls bike, and to top it all off have dropped a friend's bike while in the shop. I would stay away, far far away!
