Went in there today to look at parts for my 2002 road king, while I was looking around I watched an employee (couldn't see exactly but his name was John or Johnny )cuss out and yell at a customer who had his 2 young daughters with him. I immediately left because God forbid I say something wrong and get berated by one of your employees! nah... I'll just take my business elsewhere!
I was just lied to, $100 taken away from me after it was promised and was cussed out by Johnny (sales manager) in front of my two daughters. I guess if you’re not spending more than 10k in a single purchase they don’t care about you. Way to go. Im posting this on my union sites.
I would not make any purchases to businesses who are disrespectful and use inappropriate language towards their customers and especially in front of children!l. Poor customer service skills and if upper management allows this type of service it’s reflects badly on this business as a whole and a company which condones this type of behavior is considered classless!
Fire Johnny. Cussing at s customer is very inappropriate, especially in front of children. No matter who is right or wrong.
