I have bought three motorcycle from them that went great . But when it comes to service lately not so much. I took my m109r in for not Shifting and some minor leaks . I was told it might be covered under warranty. For 3 weeks I had to call them for updates not one person called me . I was told they couldn’t duplicate the shifting issue and they didn’t know were one leak was coming from until they tear into it .which they told me they did . Super friendly, super generous folks. I bought a used bike remotely from someone who had bought it new here at RideNow. They helped me research the bike emissions classification and just out of kindness, because I didn't know a soul in Tucson, Roman stored the bike overnight for pickup and would have held it longer if needed. He handled the transfer utterly professionally and I'm so grateful!! These folks care about bikes and treat their customers right—even customers of their customers. ;)
