I took 3 watches in to be made smaller. 2 other places said it couldn’t b done. I was also getting 4 new batteries put into watches. There was also 1 ring to be sized. When I picked them all up less than a week later, everything fit perfectly and were shiny as new.I would definitely recommend Rick Terry for any repair or maintenance. They have beautiful jewelry for sale as well.
