I was visiting Knoxville from Denmark when my baby daughter ripped my gold necklace off my neck. I stopped by on my way home and walked in to see if maybe they could help me. They weren't even open yet (whoops!), but happily took my necklace and fixed it for no charge. It took about 3 minutes total. They were so friendly and helpful and made my necklace whole again. I would come here for all my jewelry after that experience. So wonderful, and a good welcome back to the friendly south from our home in Europe.
