RecommendedI went to have Rick Terry Jewelry Designs to repair a jump ring for my necklace. After talking to Rick he observed that the bail attached to my coin pendant was about to break. He repaired the old bail with a new heavy cast bail. It turned out beautifully. I never noticed it before and would have been devastated if I had lost it since it was a family heirloom. The Terry family are kind courteous and so helpful with any of your needs. Thank you Rick, Patty, and all of the staff.
There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the service at Terry’s Jewelers. I’ve purchased several pieces from them, had many repairs done and engraving as well. Always quality service and excellent customer service.
Rick designed a custom cross for me and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful. He also reworked several pieces for me. Fantastic experience!

Rick Terry took amazing care of my engagement ring and wedding band. They had lost a couple small diamonds and needed to be cleaned. I dropped them off early March to be serviced. Even when the store was forced to close due to Coronavirus, I was assured that my rings were safe and available to pick up if I needed. I chose to trust them with my rings and I’m so happy I did! I purchased a gold chain while on my vacation, and the clasp broke almost immediately. I took it in Rick Terry Jewelry Designs, and even with the after-Christmas backlog, they were able to fix it quickly. I knew of this wonderful place because my son had his wife’s absolutely gorgeous engagement ring made here. It’s a great friendly atmosphere as well.
