First time working with Rick Terry Jewelry - Farragut location! They did amazing work on my wedding set! I was only going have them rhodium plated but Rick had a great suggestion of welding my rings together to prevent damage from them rubbing against each other which also included a cleaning and rhodium plating. Rick and his staff are amazingly friendly and competent. They have appraised and repaired my jewelry for years, and my hubby bought me a stunning sapphire and diamond necklace from his store.
Always a pleasant experience when I need a piece of jewelry repaired. He designed my wedding rings and takes good care of them with cleaning and sizing.

RecommendedWe had a great experience! My husband’s watch needed a link taken out and also a new battery. I sent two of my favorite necklaces with him (that were tangled badly after a recent trip) to see if they could cut one and just add a new chain. I tried and tried to untangle them myself but couldn’t do it. Laura offered to try to untangle them, and somehow she did it! I don’t think she charged us anything for all of her hard work to save my necklaces. Great customer service!
I had an exceptional experience at Rick Terry's working with Paula this morning. A link needed to be removed from a watch I received for Christmas from an out of town store ...Paula took the time to measure and readjust my watch at no charge. I highly recommend Rick Terry Jewelers.... customer service with a smile..well done!
Recently, I brought in a watch to have a few links removed. Turned out that several of the link pins were corroded and could not be removed easily. Over the course of a week, using different methods they were able to free the corroded link pins and clean the watch. They took the time to explain the methods they were using and update me during the process. In the end, the watch was fixed and extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone for any kind of jewelry repairs!
I had a ring I purchased in Italy many years ago which I tried to clean with jewelry cleaner. The cleaner scratched the stone - looked like I had used a brillo pad on it. Jewelers I consulted over the years said it could not be fixed. I decided to consult with Rick Terry jewelers to replace the stone. Mr Terry thought it might be fixed but most expensive option was to ship it to New York. But Mr Terry wanted to give it a try first. Boy did he do an awesome job.
