Took my Mitsubishi Outlander for a Jetwash replacement at Richmond Farlington in January 2026.Parts were ordered and replaced and was told everything was working fine when tested in the workshop. Drove out the parking lot and I needed to clear the windscreen,so I put the windscreen wipers on but instead the jet wash came on and would not stop. Emptied the whole thing. Cannot praise Louise Fisher enough. Looked after my client who had bought a car from me but a fault occurred and this dealer was his local authorised repairer. Agreed to carry out the work and did so in a timely and cost efficient manner. Would definitely recommend.
I was looking to replace my 8 year old Mitsubishi Shogun. Its always great looking at cars on Autotrader, then you dread the process of actually buying it - car salesmen and the stereotype haggle etc. Sam at Richmond Fareham could not have been further from the typical car salesman I was expecting. He was helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate my changed timings (I travelled 70 miles to test drive the 2 year old Shogun I was planning to buy).
