I turned in a Honda Accord in August of this year that I had been leasing from Richardson Motors. Without my knowledge, the lease had been changed and my signature was FORGED. The only way I discovered this was when Honda sent me a bill for excessive miles. They sent me a copy of the lease agreement from the dealership that clearly showed the numbers had been changed and my signature was forged. I noticed last Tuesday that my moms back tire on her car was making a rattling noise like a rock or something was loose in her hub cap??? So she called Richardson Buick to see if she could stop by and have them look at it since they had just rotated her tires less than a week before - they told her that they were very busy that day and she would have to make an appointment for the NEXT WEEK to get it checked out - keep in mind she gets EVERYTHING serviced from them (whether needed or not -\-\ but she always goes back???) The issue has been addressed with the parties involved. Your Mother’s service advisor took it upon himself to visit her at home to tighten the lug nuts, and will be performing a full in-shop inspection of the vehicle to ensure her safety.
