My visit to Richardson Motors was time well spent. Mike Sullivan met me with the vehicles that I had requested ready to roll. By far the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. I was treated fairly and given a great trade in. From the time I got there to the time I left with a new vehicle was less than 4 hours. Pretty sure I was still haggling over the price of a vehicle after four hours, the last place I went to. Worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. Thanks Mike.

Well the sales experience was great but the service afterward is crap. Sold us cars with problems and keep trying to charge us for the repairs that should have been taken care of before we bought them.Well not be returning there for anymore vehicles.

Justin, we're sorry you feel that way. Although we do our best to fully inspect our pre-owned inventory, we are unable to foresee all issues that may arise with higher mileage vehicles. We absorbed a portion of these repairs, however, our free, pre-owned powertrain warranty did not cover them. We apologize for the inconvenience.
My whole family has been coming here for many years for anything between brand new cadillacs to used budget vehicles. First place I come when its time for a new car! Rick in sales is my go-to guy and Brian in financing is the best! This place really does all they can to fit your budget and make sure you get the best deal. Best dealership in Dubuque for sure.
