We had a bad experience at a local dealer, and after researching I thought Richardson sounded like a much better bet. We live an hour away in the quad cities. I've purchased two vehicles in the last few years from Richardson Motors and the buying experience was top-notch. Since then, they've provided outstanding service when I've come in for routine maintenance. Recently when I experienced an issue, Lance the Service Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm always impressed with the level of service I've received from them.
