I purchased a 2016 Certified Preowned Vehicle under 37,000 miles October 3rd 2018. I waited to do a review to see if Richardson would step up. It's a Big Fat No! The vehicle I purchased from them has had multiple engine misfires and been in the shop several days (11 out of the first 20 days owning it) and unable to be corrected. I was just told by Dennis the General Manager today that flashing engine lights are normal. The manual would say otherwise. Bought my very first car here a few months ago and it was a quick, painless, and fun experience. Mike laid out everything for me very clearly, helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and I drove away in a Honda Fit I absolutely love. The service shop is absolutely phenomenal as well. Apparently the referral program is fake. I sent 3 people to Richardson’s, one of them bought a new pickup and another is contemplating a new pickup. I thought I would get the $50 for referral but they keep coming up with excuses and lies. I was warned about the salesman but I guess I didn’t listen. Now I know

I had a great experience at Richardson's. Ryan was extremely helpful and nice. When we first started looking at the vehicle I was interested in on the lot, no one came over and started badgering or pestering us. They let us take our time to look at it and just said to let them know if we had any questions or if we wanted to take it for a test drive. Here, less than a week later we came to a deal that was fair on both ends. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. It was a definite upgrade from a 2003 to 2012! Thank you Rya... read more

We are driving across the country and were informed last night that one of our headlights was out. We stopped here this morning, and the light was quickly changed. They even checked fluid levels and tire pressure and gave the car a quick wash. Thanks so much!

I think the salesman that decided to try and handle 2 "clueless" girls didn't know that we weren't so clueless after all. He didn't appreciate that too much. Besides all of that, it is very difficult to navigate the lot of cars. Tight fit.
