My daughter just bought a car (Honda CR-V) there, and so far so good! She loves the CR-V, and the buying experience was pretty smooth. I've personally never bought a vehicle from them, but as of right now, I think my wife and I will be checking them out next time we want one! I've always thought Richardson Motors had a great reputation in Dubuque, so I'm a bit surprised by all the bad reviews.

Completely screwed me on my trade in and then sold me a lemon. Have had nothing but problems since I got it. Already nickel and dime me at a time I can't afford it. Now I have a unreliable vehicle for my family that I can't get rid of.

I’d give it a zero if it would let me!! My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a new to us vehicle here. We were quoted a great interest rate and payment and were excited to go back the next day to pick it up! My sister dropped my son and I off because the night before my husband asked the business manager what if anything could go wrong between now and when we pick it up.
