I had a great experience at Rich Nails – I came in for acrylics before a holiday and they did a beautiful job. The shape and finish are exactly what I wanted, and the powder colour looks so clean and elegant. The pricing was a little higher than expected (£40 instead of £32), but they kindly gave me a discount which I really appreciated. I wanted to tip but couldn’t afford it this time, so I just want to say thank you here. I’ll definitely come back!

Great service, friendly staff, lovely calming music. I had gel colour on my nails by Tom he did a nice neat finish, so happy with this !

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop in Hampstead. I called on Thursday and booked an appointment for 5:30pm. When I arrived on time, they told me they didn’t have time to do my nails and said I should have come at 5 even though I clearly booked for 5:30 on the phone. I went back the next day (Friday) to finally get my nails done. The price listed online for an infill was £28, but they charged me £47 instead. When I questioned it, they didn’t really explain.
