The company provided a good service from the initial survey to supplying a detailed quote and completing a small damp proofing job. The price was reasonable, the job was tidy, and customer service was good, Hadyn in particular supplied clear and helpful information. The damp affecting the plastering shows no signs of returning after three months and alot of wet weather.
This is a fantastic company ,they are incredibly skilled and extremely hardworking. I had a huge amount of damproofing, rendering, plastering etc done.All of the staff are marvellous but I must mention Mark and Tony who are masters of their craft, really brilliant.I highly recommend this company, Haydn communicates throughout the process from survey to completion he is accessible and responsive.11/10
The whole process was fantastic, Haydn was very thorough in explaining the issues and solutions when he found a few more issues. He sent through quotes quickly with any revised works needed with clear details. The work carried out was top standard. They were very clean and completed the work with minimal disruption. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use them if any work is needed in the future. Great company!
Contacted Rhondda Damp proofing as we discovered dry rot upstairs in my mams house. The surveyor was prompt to assess he was friendly and helpful in answering my queries. The estimate was quick and accurate as no extra monies was needed. They started work earlier than expected and it wasn’t for the bad weather would have finished earlier than anticipated.
