I have previously been a patient of RI Eye. called today because my glasses broke and I don't have an updated RX. this was during Covid19 I explained I was a front line worker. I was told they would schedule me for Nov...I asked if it was possible to be seen sooner as I have no backup or contacts and was told no and "Good luck" with attitude.. I was able to book with a new Doctor as an emergency exam. I got a call back from RI Eye asking if I want to be seen after a negative FB post.
staff could be more friendly, they could stop overbooking (from what I see and read a chronic problem here), and let you know if wait times are more than 15 minutes! This place needs to get their act together...... also when asking a Dr that works there what are the best times to schedule with minimal wait times, you get the answer DEAL WITH IT!!!! Seriously?????? never again!!!
I have been calling for 2 weeks. The voice mail is full. No one has gotten back to me. There is no way to reach them by email or an online form. It is like a fortress of non-response.
I had called several times and left messages to set up a Lasik consultation. No one even got back to me.

I had minor eye surgery recently and can't say enough positive things about the entire staff. Very professional and personable.
Horrible, rude staff. Wait time is ridiculous. My elderly mother had to wait over a half hour after her appointment time to be seen and was then given an attitude when she asked how long would her appointment take.
Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Hofmann did an excellent job.
My husband had both eyes operated on and he got excellent Care. I'm going to have operation in a few weeks.
