Perfect for strongman training. Excellent facilities. Lovely staff.
You will do very well to find a better equipped gym for strongman/powerlifting/functional fitness and everything in between in the midlands. Ran very efficiently by lovely people. Clean, tidy, never weights left anywhere. Couldn’t recommend enough 👍
