I can't say enough great things about RH10 Fitness! Sam (the owner) is incredibly engaging and truly cares about every member — you feel like part of a community the moment you walk in. The coaches are top-notch: knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to improve. The members themselves are just as amazing — welcoming, encouraging, and fun to work out with. Sick workouts scaled to suit all levels. Coaches are all really thorough. I have learnt more about how to move than ever before and leant loads of new skills. Lovely people too

Great coaching, super friendly atmosphere I’ve only been at RH10 Fitness just over a month, but I already feel like part of the community. From the very first phone call, Sam was friendly and chatty – we ended up talking about how to fix an issue with my mobile! It had nothing to do with the gym, but it set the tone: he genuinely cares about the people who come here, will go out of his way to help you (fitness focused or otherwise) and that really shows in everything they do.
