I had my first visit to Revive Gyms, where I met Katey, the Sports Massage lady. What a wonderful experience. I have suffered with back issues for over 20 years. Today, I attended with Sciatica issues on my right side. After a pleasant chat re my health issues, she started work on my body. She kept checking the pain level and I didn't find any of this painful, which was a relief and at the end of the session, I was asked to stand.
