£560 for two nights with spa and food. The rooms and the corridors are disgusting. Damaged by refugees and the management haven’t even put a lick of paint on the walls. Holes in some walls, other walls scratched and damaged. Totally unclean, dilapidated with toilets not working, lights in rooms, Bathroom fans not working, holes in the curtains, stains on carpets, cobwebs everywhere, insects all over the place. Okay but could not access pool or gym till 9.30 so had to leave, what's the point of paying extra for pool if you can't use it.

Overall, a strange stay at this hotel! Food excellent and room lovely, but the whole place is being run by just a few young members of staff. To be fair to them, they tried very hard to look after us but were clearly too stretched. Hotel was a bit tired, front doors not working, nor lift. Ordered rose wine at dinner only to be told after about 15 mins that they didn't have any. Ordered a white wine instead and when it came, it was warm!
