I’ve been coming here for just over a year and it’s been transformative for my fitness goals. First of all the quality and expertise of the personal trainers is the best I’ve ever seen and miles better than you’d find in a typical gym and there’s a genuine breadth of experience and achievement. Equipment too is also top notch, I’ve tried nearly every London gym chain and this has been the best I’ve tried. Also includes an ice bath and sauna which has massively helped my recovery and all reasonably price

Awesome gym and great classes! Guy kept the gym open late to run a Hyrox simulation for me after I had to move my booking last minute. Shows a great focus on the customer experience.

A very cozy environment, down to earth team if you want to train but also get sauna & ice bath. The recovery room is self contained, so you can do both ice bath and sauna on your own (as well as shower) Joe is very responsive and super friendly

Great spot for a private ice dunk and sauna for recovery. Very friendly staff.

Great recovery session with the ice bath and sauna. Temperature can be set as needed, ideal if you are used to a certain temperature or trying to get used to colder temperatures. Sauna is available to warm up afterwards or alternate hot/cold. A great set up and highly recommended!
