As a resident who is up and out the door between 4 and 5 in the morning, this has made me feel much more safe walking to my car. It is a comfort that can not be understated. Verified Renter This is a peaceful area but I don't like that water is always getting turned off .My apartment always had something not working but the maintenance workers responded in a decent amount of time.
