Verified Renter My experience with Biltmore has been interesting. I like that this apartment complex is in a relatively nice quiet neighborhood, but you guys gotta work at the water constantly turning off. This apartment complex is old , you’ll need to do more then just put a fresh coat of paint on everything and sell it as new.
