Verified Renter I just move here but i like it alot is quite clean and we like that we cant hear noise inside our apartment from our neighbors we love it here and is big perfect for us everyone is so nice here we like the staff

Verified Renter Apartment is newly renovated and nice looking, but I have had a problem with roaches the entire time i’ve lived here. The leasing staff is hard to get ahold of and hardly answer the phone, very rarely can I get a clear answer from them about things. The rent is good, but I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone I knew.
Verified Renter Amazing over all , love that they are part of FLEX and you can split your rent in 2 payments , GENIUS ! During this winter time I enjoyed of the fire pits amenities and it was a very pleasant experience

Verified Renter From Michael and Melissa in the front office staff to Eric in maintenance office they are all fantastic. I was a little reluctant last year when Trinity first took over but I love all the new amenities that we now have at the complex. I appreciate the patience and kindness that Melissa always gives me when I speak to her in the office.

Verified Renter The changes being made are nice so far. Still too expensive for what they are worth and providing. No matter how much it's painted over the apartments are old still renovated hotels and it shows. Holes are "painted" over to look okay. The stairs are so misshapen. I'm not able to change my own light bulbs if they burn out. Staff is decent from what I have seen for myself. Not the worst, not extraordinary. The gas burning stove is one of the best parts.
