Verified Renter I've lived here since January 2022. I've seen so many different changes. Overall there has been improvement. Can be a bit noisey at times because of being in front of the pool which is not a good experience for me and my husband. The fees can be a bit challenging if you fall into a situation and not on time with rent.

Verified Renter Good staff and location. Wish the parking lot had shading for our cars. Maintenance is always on time. Neighbors are nice and so is the location. I wish they didn’t charge me so much money if I wanted to break a 6 month lease, so beware of that.

Verified Renter Move-in process is relatively fast and easy and the staff is friendly, the complex has nearly every amenity you would want, the only downside is there's no covered parking or garages and they do need to work on their pest control for the roaches.

Verified Renter Gate is open so people come in and are noisy throughout the day. Everybody else is quiet. Unshaded parking during AZ summer isn’t fun but it’s free.
