Verified Renter Nice community feeling. Neighbors wave at each other and say hi. Not much noise going on within the complex, which is super nice. The parking lot is very well lit and security does its walks throughout the lot.
Verified Renter So welcoming and nice area for my dog to be safe and engaging with neighbors. Always so clean and refreshed by morning and security is always keeping tabs and doing check ins.

Verified Renter I've lived here since January 2022. I've seen so many different changes. Overall there has been improvement. Can be a bit noisey at times because of being in front of the pool which is not a good experience for me and my husband. The fees can be a bit challenging if you fall into a situation and not on time with rent.

Verified Renter Good staff and location. Wish the parking lot had shading for our cars. Maintenance is always on time. Neighbors are nice and so is the location. I wish they didn’t charge me so much money if I wanted to break a 6 month lease, so beware of that.

Verified Renter Move-in process is relatively fast and easy and the staff is friendly, the complex has nearly every amenity you would want, the only downside is there's no covered parking or garages and they do need to work on their pest control for the roaches.
