Verified Renter The changes being made are nice so far. Still too expensive for what they are worth and providing. No matter how much it's painted over the apartments are old still renovated hotels and it shows. Holes are "painted" over to look okay. The stairs are so misshapen. I'm not able to change my own light bulbs if they burn out. Staff is decent from what I have seen for myself. Not the worst, not extraordinary. The gas burning stove is one of the best parts. Verified Renter The new management has been great via all communications forms, really pour into the property & community. I’ve been a resident at complex for couple years but the last year has been my best, all claims for repairs done in timely manner, improvements around complex have made it more welcoming & safe.
