The room was good and had all the necessary facilities, which I appreciated. However, the carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor that was really difficult to tolerate, and the bathroom also had a strange smell. Hopefully, the hotel can address this issue in the future.

Parking was ok, but first come first served, room was clean and tidy with unsuite. Local train across the way, friendly staff, not good for disabled persons. All of the amenities in room also.Would go there again.

I plan to stay here on any future visits to Norwich. The rooms are incredibly well maintained and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. My daughter was delighted by the avian-themed wallpaper (a perfect follow-up to our day spent feeding and watching birds at Whitlingham). The bathroom is modern and beautifully finished.
