Fantastic Gym & Incredible Kick-boxing Classes The kickboxing classes are the best I’ve ever tried. Raheem is an outstanding coach, he really knows how to teach kicks and movements the right way, making sure your technique is spot-on. You feel like you’re learning real skills, not just getting a workout. Ghasem is also fantastic! I'm a competitive cyclist but I'd backed off the gym for nearly 7 months, this meant old injuries had started to impact me day-to-day and I was losing power on the bike. I was looking for a well equipped gym that wasn't too busy across the day as I like to have flexibility when to train.
