This place towed my car from my residency TWICE this weekend even after one of their employees said it would not happen again. The person on the phone who refuses to give his/her name is not helpful at all and I have been on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times. He or she refuses to let you speak to anyone else even after she told me to call after 8 am to speak to a manager. predatory for sure, and charging $368 to tow from Safeway parking lot at 6pm is ridiculous. And when I called to get my car back I was on hold for 40 minutes.

My car was towed by them when the person who stole it left it out to collect parking tickets. When I arrived to get it back they told me it would cost $230 to release the car which sucked enough, then after I came back with the registration out of the car, they said “Oh it’s after 5:00, that’ll actually be $270”. So not only did I have to deal with my car being stolen, then these shysters try to bleed me dry.

they are thuggs and like to take advantage of people who already had their cars stolen.. then they rip them off even more sad sad sad group of people
