Predatory towing and damage to my car. I paid the over $400 to two my car a few miles, ridiculous but I forgot to put my permit on my car so its fine. When I show up to get my car I notice damage to the underside of my car and they told me I'm not allowed to take pictures in their warehouse.. I was then told to fill out a form online. Filled out more than a month ago with no response and when I call there's somehow no managers available. Time to contact my lawyer.
I parked in a parking lot that had other cars parked in it. I left my car for 2 minutes. I was 10 steps from my vehicle when I noticed a person standing near my vehicle, taking pictures of it. I walked back quickly, and asked if I needed to move it. He was surprised when he asked "Oh. This is yours?" I said yes. He then stated "Then get it the f*** out of here." Terrible company 0 stars, very rude people. They tow people for no reason just to make a dollar. $820s for a truck and trailer. I was doing nothing wrong, all I was doing was moving stuff into my apartment.
Predatory company (towing vehicles with disabled tags clearly displayed) making profits from honest peoples mistakes. Who can tell me why they get PDX contracts?
Recommended5/5 recommend retriever. They came in a timely matter to get my keys out of my car after I locked them in!

Quit stealing cars even more so on mothers day. Your a dirty company with illegal practices maybe start there
They violated Oregon State code for towing practices, and nearly ran over my feet with their equipment. Predatory at best.
Avoid any dealing with these thieves if you can help in any way. They are stealing cars from the apartment complex where we live. They claim that they towed because of a lack of parking permit in a complex where permits are not issued. Three phone calls and never a straight story.
