They took my car even with a parking pass. The apartment complex had to pay them to get it out. Clearly they are too stupid to know what fact checking is.
This company is a joke. I was parked in a visitor spot at the complex I live in, because someone I don't even know was parked in my assigned spot unauthorized, and this stupid tow company towed my vehicle.
Predatory Towing. Its cost me almost $1000.00 in the last year to live and park here.
I would give this a 0 if I could. Predatory towing at its best. These thieves towed me from a visiting parking spot. I was there for less then an hour. Gave me a whole line of BULL that stated to know the law.

Just watched them tow a neighbors car. They saw me go knock on the neighbors door and they took off with the suburban they were towing and it wasn’t even fully attached. Then they turned the wrong way at an intersection to get out of the property. Super classy.
