Dented my hood, scratched my interior and headliner plus towed my all wheel drive vehicle on a 2 wheel tow truck. No dolly, no flatbed. No wonder they advertise as “no experience required” to work there. The manager decided to try argue with my daughter and cuss at me when I demanded they release my property after the other tow company sat there for over 3 hours waiting on them to stop holding my property hostage. Theft of services!! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with OSP and BBB.

This Towing company is very unprofessional! They lock you inside their 8 foot tall fence, while you pay them. There were only 2 hostile men working there. I am a disabled woman and felt very intimidated by their behavior. My lady friend who gave me a ride to get my car, was let in because I did not have exact change., she put the bill on her card. Called for a tow was left on hold for 20 minutes, hung up on, called back was immediately put on hold without an even introduction to who answered the phone, was left on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes and was disconnected again. What a WASTE OF TIME . Do not Recommend
