The office was open thirty minutes later than what was stated, so I had to wait for them to open, and then when they did open, the keys and paperwork for our move in were not even ready. Then, upon finally getting to the apartment, we found that the renovations we were promised at our tour had not been completed and our balcony was bit even ready to use. I’m Pleased The process to move in was easy. I’ve had to call maintenance once and they were urgent. Versie does it all. The staff is helpful and genuinely does everything to accommodate. So far, I’m very pleased.

Nightmare from the first day This place has been an absolute nightmare, do not come here. My "ready to move in" apartment did not have air conditioning or hot water upon my moving and an overpowering smell of cigarettes I have not been able to get rid of that is now totally seeped into and has destroyed all my furniture and clothing. I've contacted the leasing office several times who continues to promise to "send someone down" which never happens.
