I had asked for the maintenance items to be done a week later so that I could continue to unpack my boxes and that's exactly what they did here. I'm satisfied with the work.

Verified Renter The Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch is a great resident facility! This being my first apartment is everything that I could have wished for. The fitness facility is nice compared to others, and the pool deck is nice equipped with a grill for the hot summer months. I enjoy there is not tow for parking, which allows friends and family to not worry since parking is public, unless it is paid. Overall, I enjoy my living area and will be renewing my lease soon!

Verified Renter Horrible experience with this community. Management is never reachable. Gym is rarely open whenever people are available to use it. Half the machines don’t work in the gym, and the TVs don’t turn on.

Terrible Tour We went to tour this apartment complex this weekend and were greeted with nothing but an attitude and no information.. The second we walked in the ONLY girl there was just full of attitude. When we went to show us the apartment she practically ran and told us nothing about the facilities. We were almost jogging to keep up with her. She also didn't want to give us any idea about pricing because we weren't renting for another 3 months...
