Verified Renter The sound insulation here is really poor. We can hear everything, from loud engines in the parking lots at 4:30 am to people hanging out at the pool at 3am to people above walking and living their lives. Other than that, great neighbors and a kind, safe community and landscaping and aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye.
