Verified Renter I love the neighborhood and the convenience of being close to shopping areas, I just think management can do a better job with maintaining property. I also think tenants can do a better job cleaning up behind themselves.

Verified Renter Has been a nice experience so far within the last 10 months. Maintenance is fast, although communication can improve. The amenities have been kept clean and up to par. They fixed my floors when I needed them to. I recommend.

Verified Renter Aside from some bad community members. The staff is great, maintenance is typically attentive and timely, the community is kept clean, the gates work and if they are broken they are fixed rapidly. I don’t have much negative to say The rent goes up annually but no real amenity updates or changes. The gym lacks equipment, the best internet you can get is AT&T and it’s not the best.

Verified Renter My number one priority is peaceful place, it is also clean apartment.The apartment outlook is very nice, convenient to every location. For the most part neighbors are respectful of others. I don't hear loud noises. As I mentioned on the above, the hallway and stairs could have been power washed because there is remain stains from previous. Overall, it's very nice apartment.
