I love this community! I have lived here since September 2016 and I have truly loved it. The management is wonderful and they are very responsive. They have great upgraded apartments to offer to prospects and their floor plans are very spacious. They are also very pet friendly and have a great dog run for your pets to run leash free. Arrogant staff, management Renting an apartment is almost like having a boss - within reason, you have to do what they say, ... with poor property management, but the burden is on you to prove that you're following your lease in ... Leasing staff pathetic. Chelsea.

Good apartment Good apartment. Good area if you work in Pearland but 288 can be a nightmare in the morning and evening time. Great parking and good price for units. Staff is friendly.
For what we pay I expected A LOT more! We recently moved in at the end of May 2015. At first glance or walk through everything looks amazing. But...following moving in I noticed a few things that I disliked (given the money we pay to live there which is $1,400.00): 1.) The WALLS are hollow. You can see through to the living room from your vents , and visa versa. You can hear everything in the next room, so entertaining while thinking of others is out of the question. 2.)
