Verified Renter We are very pleased living at Retreat. Staff is courteous and continuously strive to make the community a place you can call home.
The problem at the retreat is not so much the management as much as it is the tenants themselves. They speed through the parking lot blaring music, leave food wrappers all across the complex and trash in the hallways, and have no sense of decency as it relates to other neighbors We’ve been here since September 2018, but will leave at the end of this year when our lease is up. Retreat at Shadow Creek Ranch could improve if the prices wouldn't be so high, especially for a one bed room.Basically you really just paying for the area that you are staying in.

Sheree in the office is very helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond. No problems with neighbors or noise. I’ve been here three years.
The new mgt promises all this new stuff and if anything it’s gotten worse! At least the old Mgr tried made sure gates were working and tried. The new Mgr from Greystar, Dana just lies and tells you things are happening. The pictures on this fb page are NOTHING OF WHAT THE PLACE REALLY LOOKS LIKE. We pay 1700 a month for property that has one Lounge chair. They all dry rotted and have never been replaced! One gate has been broke almost a year now. They do not care about his property!
