Nightmare from the first day This place has been an absolute nightmare, do not come here. My "ready to move in" apartment did not have air conditioning or hot water upon my moving and an overpowering smell of cigarettes I have not been able to get rid of that is now totally seeped into and has destroyed all my furniture and clothing. I've contacted the leasing office several times who continues to promise to "send someone down" which never happens. Verified Renter We've lived here for nearly 8 years and that should speak for itself. The management team has always been great, friendly and helpful. As a long standing resident I have of course witnessed the growing pains during the transition of ownership and have to say it has been smooth and an improvement in the processes. The community spaces are always kept clean, with the maintenance team doing their best given how busy it can be around the property.

Verified Renter This honestly is a nice place to live. Front office is terrible at answering calls, and following up once you get through after trying for 3 hours every day for 3 days, but if you don't have issues, the apartments are nice, the parking is spacious, the pool is sweet, and people in the area are generally nice. Would I have chosen this apartment, knowing my frustrations with the front office? Oddly, yes. Still worth it.
