I have lived at the estates for about 4 years this past year has been completely terrible. The leasing agents are as sweet as can be, as far as management Heather and Erica are completely unhelpful will not return phone calls or emails. My last few months here I had to call 911 because a neighbor fired off a gun and shot his dog in his apartment. RecommendedI highly recommend The Estates Woodland! I have toured many area properties and Estates Woodlands are very nice with many upgrades and amenities. Each time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved expeditiously and with curtious staff. Follow up communication with both leasing staff and maintenance are very good. Each month, there is several unique gatherings offered to the tenants. Overall, the buildings and grounds are kept up well and the community is peaceful.
Awful, awful, awful customer service. Cannot get anyone on the phone. They don’t reply to emails. I went up on my lunch break to get an update on my application bc they didn’t answer the 8 phone calls I tried to make within 5 hours. I was told to “look around....there’s only 2 of us in the office today. We are busy.” Asked to speak to the property manager which turned out to be the very unprofessional, rude lady I was standing in front of. Management is horrible, don’t care about safety of their residents.
My friend is being threatened by her apartment neighbors and the complex hasn't done anything to help her. Very awful awful management. They do not care about the safety and well being of their residents.
This place is amazing and maintenance is quick to respond if anything is needed to be repaired or you get locked out by your dog! ❤️❤️❤️

Ester is extremely friendly, and the staff is super nice, apartment is clean and everyone is friendly, apartment was super clean when received, overall great place to live <3
