I absolutely love this Place! The Employees at the Leasing office are very professional and very nice. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept and clean. Heather, Duan, Erica and Hannah are amazingly helpful ladies. Robert is such a gentleman! They all go above and beyond to assist me and anyone else that walks in.
Love Love Love my apartment home!!! I have been here since May and have had no problem getting settled!!! The office staff are awesome and very understanding!!! My kids enjoy our home and it is very pet friendly!!! I was very worried prior to moving in because of the previous reviews but you have to try it for yourself!!! This complex has done nothing but exceed all of my expectations. If you are thinking about living here, just make sure to throw your trash in the multiple onsite dumpsters. They do not have valet trash. Which I really like because it leaves the place looking really clean and not smelly! I left my trash out but they just gave me a friendly reminder to not leave it out! Also, they were always quick to respond to my emails. I also really enjoy the fact that they do community events!
I only have good things to say about this property! I toured at many properties and this one was by far the best option in the Magnolia area. Not only is the staff helpful and always cheerful, the office and apartments are superb. If you ever have an issue, the staff is quick to help! 10/10 recommend!
