They "ate up" my deposit of $790.00 and charged an additional $819.00 on moveout for regular wear and tear. I lived here for over two years with pets. Endured parking lot flooding three times, broken elevator multiple times in fourth floor apartment. Never missed a rent date or was compensated for inconvenience and physical suffering having to walk four flights. Honestly, it could be better. Management could also make a lot of improvement. The lack of communication the staff has with the residents can be improved. You seriously have to beg them in order for them to get back to you on something. The list is countless. This place is in need of major improvement.
Parking lot floods cars every time it rains hard. Rude office staff. Pics below, can't argue with proof. My car flooded and they wouldn't do anything. The genius who planned the complex has the parking lot drain to the pond in the middle and when it gets full the parking lot floods, which happens every time it rains hard.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. All they want is to sign leases and feed you a bunch of non sense. False information about my lease was told to me. One lie after another. Employees don't know jack
